The tertials, outer primaries and especially the old wing-coverts are very worn. The relative recent replaced inner median-covert and upper-tertials are worn again. Note also the slightly dark peppered iris and the black on the gonys of the bill.

P1-4 are new primaries, p5-6 are dropped and p7-10 are old worn feathers. Note some new gray median-coverts in the upper-wing, and clearly white upper-tail coverts on the tail.
